Yeah, me neither. ;)
But if that ever does happen, I present you with . . .
5 Tips for Moving Forward on Empty:
1. Use a bullet point list (suggested by the fabulous Margo Berendsen).
2. Read a book.
3. Take a shower (Because all good ideas come to people as they shower).
4. Go running (or participate in another physical activity).
5. Join the Hacky Sack Club! (Heehee . . . you should do this anyway!)
What do you do?
Finally, with summer here, I'm all over the place with the kids, so I will be taking a blogging break until school starts mid-August. Have an AWESOME summer, and here's to happy writing and an endless flow of ideas!

My brain usually kicks in when i am driving, so I have to scribble at stop signs! Ideas come, but memory? Not so much!
Great suggestions, Janet.
You left out take a nap! Enjoy your summer!
Enjoy your summer!
I've been reading a lot more. It has helped with the flow of ideas. :)
Oh thank you for the bullets! I needed that reminder! Don't be gone too long, okay??
Thanks for the tips, Janet. Hope you and kids are having a terrific summer!
I've been feeling empty for a while, so I changed my schedule. Getting up in the morning before my kids lets me take a little bit of time to do something I enjoy. It's working great!
Running and showers do the trick for me all the time.
Hope you're having a great summer, Janet!
Love those suggestions! Especially taking a shower. I think 99% of my plot problems have been solved during showers.
Good suggestions. As for me, reading a good book gets me going again. And sometimes taking a walk or gardening has the same effect.
